What are your hours of operation?

24 hours a day/7 days a week/ 365 days a year. Our office and store hours are Monday thru Friday 8am EST to 5pm EST.

What is the minimum amount for delivery?

For most of the areas we service, our minimum is $150.00 for delivery on our truck.

What if I need to order a product not currently shown on the website or catalog?

Hill & Markes has access and purchasing power to a wide assortment of manufacturers that are leveraged to provide you with the exact product for your business needs. Please contact your sales consultant or customer service representative today.

What is the cut off time for receiving next day orders?

For next day delivery in the Rochester and Buffalo markets, the cut off time for placing orders is 3pm for next day delivery. For all customers in Syracuse and east, the cut off time is 4pm for next day delivery.

How do I place orders?

There are several ways to place an order with Hill & Markes.
Here are your options:

Where do I find product Safety Data Sheets (SDS)?

You can locate the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) on the product detail page on our website. If the SDS you are looking for is not available, please contact customer service at info@hillnmarkes.com.

What if I forgot to add an item to my cart after placing my order?

Please contact your dedicated customer service representative or sales consultant. We will make every effort to include the missing item into your original order.

When placing orders online, which browser should I be using?

We recommend using the most current version of Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Internet Explorer.

Should I use an older version of Internet Explorer to order online?

If you are using an older version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, you may experience display and scrolling issues that may interfere with your ordering of products online. If must use Internet Explorer, we recommend you upgrade to Version 9.0 or higher.

Can I order from a mobile phone or tablet?

Yes. We have created a responsive designed eCommerce website that allows customers to browse and order from any mobile phone or tablet.

What happens if I forget my password, how do I reset it?

Located at the top right side of our website, you will select the ?Login? link. Once selected, you will click on the ?Forgot Password?. Please type in your email address as both the username and email address for your account, then select the ?Retrieve Password? button. You will be sent an email with a link for resetting your password. Finally, once you have created a new password, you will be able to log in with your new credentials.

What is your return policy?

Normal 30 day return policy. Product must be in its original factory sealed condition.

Is there a restocking fee for returned items?

Yes. Our normal restocking fee is 20%

How do I request an online account with Hill & Markes?

Existing Hill & Markes customers have the ability to create a new online account from our website. To register for a new account, visit ?Login? link in upper right corner of our website. Once selected, select ?Register Here? in the lower right corner of the popup window.
